About our Organization

Valley Storm Basketball was established in May 2022 in Porterville, CA. This program aims to teach and develop basketball skills in boys ages 13 and Up. Our coaches are all volunteers and are here to promote team and character goals, like teamwork, dedication, sportsmanship, social and physical development, and a safe place for kids to continue growing as basketball players, athletes, and individuals

The Valley Storm Basketball team prides itself on being an organized program for boys who desire to be better prepared to improve their basketball skills. Our goal is to help athletes aspire to reach their maximum potential through coaching, developmental programs, and clinics.

We strive to support our teams with high-quality, experienced coaches who can provide the best environment for their players by teaching proper fundamentals, sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork in a competitive basketball environment.

Together, our players, families, and volunteers work to cultivate a safe atmosphere, so they can reach their full potential and increase their skills in the game of basketball and, more importantly, in life. We are committed to creating a positive culture in which coaches, parents, fans, officials, and athletes work together to achieve our mission.
